Fine vermiculite for mixing into compost to increase nutrient and water retention. Sinclair Vermiculite Fine is a natural, non-toxic addition to compost mix that improves aeration and drainage.
Horticultural vermiculite has cation exchange properties; it helps hold nutrients in soil and stabilises the structure. Fine vermiculite can also provide insulation to seedlings in the nursery.

Fine 1-3mm;Â Medium 2-5mm
Total Water-holding Capacity:
Fine = 419ml water per litre of Vermiculite. Medium = 381ml/ltr.
Uses: Aids aeration, improves water holding capacity and speeds up germination times. Can also be used on it’s own to cover seeds once sown.
Application Rate:Â Mix up to 50% Vermiculite (by volume) with the growing media.
